Each Limited Company, whether it be limited by shares or by guarantee or an LLP, that is registered at Companies House, has a public file. This file contains all the statutory documents and forms that have been filed at Companies House from the date of its registration to the date of dissolution.
Some information such as the Registered Office Address, the company’s status, i.e. live or dissolved, is available quite freely from the Companies House Web Site, at; www.companieshouse.gov.uk
Copies of documents can also be obtained for a fee, which we can download and supply for you.
